NBA Prop Plays 3/7

NBA Prop Plays 3/7

Well, we are back again for another night of NBA Basketball! Last night was average by all definitions for us as we finished the night going 8 for 16 and keeping our overall number at 52% for the season. Tonight is a smaller slate and I am welcoming the break with open arms. I will only have a couple of plays for you tonight, as I don’t see many values that I am dying to play tonight. Let’s get to it.

The Player Props are taken from FanDuel and DraftKings. If you have any questions about the changing lines, please shoot me over some questions at @xavierjwarner on Twitter and I’ll be glad to help.

Pick History – 169 for 328 (52%)

Indiana Pacers vs Milwaukee Bucks

Bojan Bogdanovic O 20.5 PTS -110

Bojan Bogdanovic O 24.5 PTS+REB -120

Bojan continues to deliver for the Pacers night in and night out. He has hit over 21 PTS in each of his last five games while recording over 25 PTS+REB in every one of those games as well. Bojan is shooting 55%, 48 for 87 to be exact, over those five games and consistency in his box score every night leads to this being an easy inclusion.

Oklahoma City Thunder vs Portland Trailblazers

Russell Westbrook O 24.5 PTS -120

Westbrook is going to strike again in a prime-time matchup with a guard duo that can score with the best of them in McCollum and Lillard. Russ is going to have to get it going in this game on the offensive end in order to generate enough output to continue to be the dominant force they are.

In his previous meet ups with Portland this season, Westbrook has scored over 20 PTS in each of those games and has been over our target of 25 PTS in two of those three. Westbrook is also coming off of a game on Tuesday night against the Timberwolves where he racked up 38 PTS, 13 REB and 6 AST on 15 for 28 shooting. Paul George back in the lineup shifts some of the focus away from Russ allowing him to get easier looks.

Steven Adams O 8.5 REB -122

I feel like this is a really low number for Adams who has gotten 9 or more rebounds in 6 of his last 7 games and is going into a contest with his two best perimeter players back together. Paul George and Russell Westbrook are going to put up shots, as evidence by the teams #1 ranking in field goal attempts throughout the season, 93.7 per game. Opportunities for offensive rebounds will tip the scales in a positive way for Adams and his ability to hit the over in this prop. I see him taking advantage of that opportunity today.

Damian Lillard O 24.5 PTS -116

Dame Dolla really enjoys playing against the Thunder this season. He has had some of his best games against Russell Westbrook and company putting up two 30 PT games in a two week span. It’s reassuring that his usage rates are all above 30 which gives me realistic incentive to chase the over on his 24.5 number. I expect this game to be high scoring which will allow Dame to flex his offensive muscles once again.
