NBA Cash Breakdown 3/5

We have six games on the NBA slate tonight. We don’t have a ton of injury news but we are waiting on word for Paul George. We already have Embiid, Klay and Sabonis OUT for tonight. This is also kind of a slower paced slate of games so roster construction is going to be a little tougher as we don’t really have one game that we should really love. The MIN/OKC game is the closest to that for me but of course a lot of those plays depend on PG13. Lets get into it.

DK Core 4

Marc Gasol ($5,700)

Nikola Vucevic ($9,200)

Damian Lillard ($8,100)

Bojan Bogdanovic ($5,600)

MARC GASOL is finally getting the minutes for TOR. In his last two games, he has played 32 and 38 minutes. Obviously, that’s really encouraging. What is even more encouraging is his all-around game translates to any team and once he got the minutes, he was going to start getting there fantasy wise. He has put up 43 and 36.5 DK points in back to back games and we will certainly take that at this price. NIKOLA VUCEVIC is just in a great spot against PHI without Embiid. Not to mention he has been just steadily crushing every night. Over his last five games, he hasn’t been below 44.25 DK points and in that game, he shot 4-15 from the field. DAMIAN LILLARD is too cheap at just $8,100 tonight. I don’t care who they are playing at that price, honestly, but we have to remember as well that MEM isn’t the traditional MEM we are accustomed to. BOJAN BOGDANOVIC has quietly been an excellent cash play almost every time the Pacers take the floor and his price just doesn’t move. He has been at or over cash value in nine out of his last 10 games and has only scored less than 20 points in two of those 10. Certainly, like his against a bad Bulls defense.

Marc Gasol ($6,600)

Steph Curry ($9,400)

Jaylen Brown ($5,000)

Bojan Bogdanovic ($6,500)

GASOL and BOGDANOVIC see above. STEPH CURRY makes the core four because I love the price. He is only $400 more on FD and again without Klay, there should be a few more shots for Steph. This is one of the few regular reason games the Warriors will get up for so I expect the studs to get theirs tonight as this should be a competitive game. JAYLEN BROWN rounds out our core four mainly for the savings coupled with his steady play as of late. He has been over 23 FD in six of his last seven and this is absolutely a spot where he should see the higher end of his minutes range.
