Studs

Mckinley Wright IV – Colorado ($7900) : Colorado is off to a rough 0-2 start to PAC 12 play after losing at both Arizona and ASU pretty handily. Coming back home to Boulder and playing the worst team in the conference should be a sigh of relief for the Buffs, and Mckinley Wright should be the main beneficiary. He leads the team in minutes and usage and in a matchup with a tempo boost he should stuff the stat sheet in all categories. Look for triple double type numbers, he has 40+ fp upside.

Stephen Thompson Jr. – Oregon State ($7500) : With stud Tres Tinkle doubtful, someone has to become the alpha and STJ will be that dude. He already is pretty highly used and plays 35+ min a game, look for him to be feature a ton in this home matchup against the Trojans. He gets a slight tempo boost and has upside in every statistical category. Look for triple double type numbers,  he has 40+ fp upside.

Mid Level

Derryk Thornton – USC ($6400) : USC’s roster has been sort of a trainwreck all season with a ton of injuries and a few transfers. They basically play a 5 man rotation and Thornton has really taken advantage of his uptick in minutes. He plays just about 40 min now and is the main ball handler. His usage rate has sky rocketed and he has been both rebounding and dishing out assists at a high rate. He’s scored over 30 fp in each of his last 4 games.

Louis King – Oregon ($5000): The 5 star recruit recently came off an injury that kept him out basically all of first semester of his freshman year, which is why we’ve seen his price tag so low the last few weeks as he’s been eased back into the lineup. Well the easing is over and Oregon’s lineup is pretty decimated with injuries, so King has really been forced into a primary role for the Ducks. He exploded last game with 35 fp and took 17 shots over 35 min. Look for him to do the same in a high tempo game against the Bruins.

Value

Jarrey Foster – SMU ($4700) : I’ve played him a ton this year just waiting for him to explode and become the player he was last year. He has been a little underwhelming so far after coming back from injury, but still solid. He is their best player and one of these games hes going to erupt for 40 fp. This year hes been averaging 18 fp playing around 30 min a game, where last year he averaged more around 28 fp per game playing 35 min per game. I believe he’ll gradually move toward that 28 fp per game soon and it could start today in an uptempo game against Uconn.

Zach Reichle – Oregon State ($4100): Again, with a doubtful Tres Tinkle Reichle is going to be the one to take his spot and play 30+ min. He is more of just a shooter but has some slight rebound and assist upside. I’ll bet he knocks down a few shots and has a good shot to get to around 20-25 fp against USC, especially if they sit in a zone.
